How to make
Preheat the baking pan in the oven and pour the fat in it. Add the peeled and cut carrots and onions.
Cook them for 5 minutes. Add the washed and peeled mushrooms and stir everything. Add the washed rice, olives and 2 cups of hot water.
Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the rice softens and the dish remains in its fat.
Sprinkle the oven-baked rice with chopped parsley before serving.
