Ingredients

  • rice - about 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • field mushrooms - 5.6 oz (160 g)
  • dock - 1 large bunch
  • parsley - 6 sprigs
  • fresh garlic - 1 bunch
  • spring onions - 4 stalks
  • dried vegetables - 1 tsp. with a tip
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • oil - about 4 tbsp (60 ml)
  • savory herb - 1 tsp. crushed
  • salt - to taste
  • yogurt - for serving

How to make

Clean the fresh dock leaves, garlic and onion and chop them.

Stew in the oil until soft.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into larger pieces. Fry them briefly and pour the rice, which has been previously washed from the starch.

Stir for 2-3 minutes and season with salt, black pepper and savory herb.

Pour water in a ratio of 1:3 with the rice. Mix well, add the dried vegetables and transfer the rice with dock into a baking pan.

Bake until the rice absorbs the liquid.
