How to make
Wash the mushrooms and cut them in the middle and then into slices. Cut the onion and garlic.
Put oil in a deep pan. Pour the mushrooms, onions and garlic. Fry for 5 minutes, by stirring frequently. Season with black pepper and salt.
Add the rice for a minute. Add water and boil it without softening it a lot.
On the package of the rice the water ratio is 1:2, but you can judge for yourself and add 1:3 water.
Leave it on low heat until the water of the rice with mushrooms has fully evaporated, by stirring periodically.
If desired, drizzle the wild rice with field mushrooms with soy sauce.
