How to make

Cut the pork belly into individual ribs and place them in a bowl. Add a little oil, some paprika, black pepper, savory herb, salt and thyme. Mix well, cover them with cling film and leave them in the fridge to marinate.

Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into crescents.

Drizzle oil in the oven tray and grease it well.

Mix the potatoes with thyme, salt, black pepper, paprika, a little oil and savory herb. Mix well and pour the potatoes into the tray.

Peel the carrots and cut them into juliennes. Put them in the bowl where you seasoned the potatoes and stir to remove the remaining seasonings. Add them to the potatoes.

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Season with salt and black pepper and add them to the tray.

The onion is peeled and cut into crescents, which are separated and distributed in the tray.

The garlic is divided into cloves, but not peeled. It is placed like this in the tray.

Once all the vegetables are in the tray, remove the pork belly and arrange it on top of the vegetables. Pour the beer and bake in an oven, which is preheated to 360°F (180°C) for about an hour or until all the products are ready.

It turned out to be an extremely tasty dish! Enjoy!
