Ingredients

  • field mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • pork belly - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • beer can - 11 fl oz (330 ml)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • broth - 2 cups (or water)
  • parsley - 2 tbsp.
  • paprika - 2 pinches
  • thyme - 1 tbsp. (dried)
  • garlic - 1/2 head
  • salt
  • parsley - 2 tbsp.
  • black pepper

How to make

Clean and cut the pork belly into thinner pieces, which are shaped like steaks. Remove the skin.

Season the meat with salt, thyme, paprika, black pepper and pour the beer. Leave it like that.

Cut the onion into slices, peel the garlic and mash it. Clean the field mushrooms and you can leave the small ones whole.

Add all of the ingredients to the pork. Add oil and spices of your choice.

Leave it for an hour in a cold room, not in the refrigerator. Turn on the oven to 370°F (190°C). Pour the pork with mushrooms into a baking pan. Drizzle it with water or broth.

Bake the pork for an hour. Serve the baked pork belly with onions and mushrooms with a salad or another garnish of your choice.
