How to make
Peel the onions and cut them into circles. Place them in a baking tray and drizzle the oil over them. Stew them until they soften in a preheated oven.
Add the cut into pieces meat and add the sliced mushrooms.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Bake in the oven until the meat is golden brown. Pour the heavy cream over it, stir and bake for another 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve with a suitable salad.
