How to make
Season the pork neck steaks with spices - oregano, garlic, black pepper and salt. Seal them on both sides in a large skillet.
Clean and finely chop the mushrooms and onions and season with salt.
Grease the bottom of a guvec (clay pot) and pour some of the mushrooms and onions in it. Arrange the steaks, then mushrooms and onions again.
Pour the white wine, close the lid and place the guvec in a non preheated oven.
Bake the pork with mushrooms at 430°F (220°C) for 30 minutes, then reduce the temperature and bake for another 60 minutes.
The pork neck with onions and mushrooms in a guvec is ready.
