How to make
Clean the pork shank and boil it in a pressure cooker.
In a suitable baking pan, place the peeled and cleaned, finely chopped onions, leeks, garlic and carrots. Pour oil and stew the vegetables, until they soften, in a preheated oven.
Put the pork shank on the stewed vegetables, add 1 cup of the broth and season with salt and black pepper.
Add the cleaned field mushrooms and popped peppers.
Drizzle them with 2-3 tbsp. of soy sauce. Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil.
Place the baking pan back into the oven and bake the dish - it should remain in its fat and the shank should aquire a brownish-golden color. To achieve this, remove the foil at the end of baking.
