  • pork belly ribs - 2.9 lb (1.3 kg)
  • beer - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • carrots - 2 large carrots
  • garlic - 10 cloves
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • water - 3/4 cup (150 ml)
  • savory herb
  • oil
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.

How to make

The mushrooms and carrots are cut into full slices. They are placed on the bottom of the baking pan.

The pork belly ribs are cut with a knife without being completely cut on the meaty side. Put a clove of garlic in each cut.

The meat is placed on top of the vegetables. Drizzle with soy sauce, beer and oil.

Mix the spices and sprinkle them over all of the food. The meat is lightly rubbed with the spices where you've made the cuts.

The water is poured around the vegetables.

The honey is distributed on the pork belly. Place baking foil to cover the pan and leave it for 30 minutes. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 160 minutes.
