How to make
Season the pork ribs with the meat seasoning and soy sauce. Put them in a bowl covered with foil and leave them to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
During this time, the potatoes and carrots are cleaned and cut into strips. Place them in a greased baking pan and sprinkle them with salt, black pepper and finely chopped rosemary.
Arrange the ribs on top, pour 1 cup of white wine. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for 1 hour.
Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes, so they can crisp up. Serve the ribs with a garnish of carrots and potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
