Ingredients

  • ribs - 4.4 lb (2 kg)
  • barbecue sauce - according to your taste
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp.
  • potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • milk - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

The pork ribs are washed well and seasoned with salt, black pepper and paprika.

Then spread them with barbecue sauce. Place them in a not very deep baking pan and add a little water on the side.

Add barbecue sauce to the water in the baking pan and everything stir.

Seal the baking pan with aluminum foil and bake the ribs at 390°F (200 degrees) for about an hour and a half.

Then cut the the ribs and serve them with a garnish of mashed potatoes.

For the mashed potatoes, mash boiled potatoes and season them with salt and fresh milk and butter.
