  • field mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • rice - 1 cup
  • onion - 1 onion
  • toasted flour - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • oil - 4 tbsp.
  • thyme - 1 tbsp.
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.

How to make

Peel and finely chop the carrots and onions. Fry them. Add the cleaned mushrooms to them.

Once they're fried, add the toasted flour along with the paprika. Stir and add the grated tomatoes.

Pour water into the pot and season with salt. Once the fragrant mushroom soup boils, add the rice.
