Ingredients

  • field mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • carrots - 3 pcs.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • butter - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • rice - 1/3 cup
  • vegetable broth - 6 cups (1.5 L)
  • parsley
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • egg - 2 pcs.
  • yogurt - 3 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.

How to make

The mushrooms are cleaned and cut in half.

Put the butter and mushrooms in a deep pot, fry them first and then add a little water to stew them. Add the finely chopped onions and carrots.

Add the vegetable broth and season with salt and black pepper.

If you don't have vegetable broth, pour water and add the vegetaable spice.
