How to make
Peel the roots for soup, onions, potatoes, chop them finely and put them to boil in cold and salted water.
Strain the greens and squeeze them. Return them to the boiling broth and add the noodles.
Season the broth with salt, pepper, add butter (or oil) and lemon juice. Add chopped parsley and dill.
Optionally, the soup is built with beaten eggs, but you can do without them.
