"There is no more fragrant fish broth than homemade, so write down the recipe"

Ingredients

  • fish - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • water - 7.5 cups (1.5 l)
  • celery - 1 head
  • roots - 1 pc. from parsley
  • onion - 1 head
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • black pepper - 3 - 4 grains
  • salt - ½ tsp

How to make

The head, fins and bones of the fish are washed thoroughly with water. Before boiling the head, remove the gills and eyes.

The head and bones are cut in two. Sliced celery, parsley root, bay leaf, salt, pepper and chopped onion and spices are covered with water and left to boil over low heat.

The finished broth is filtered before consumption.
