  • onion - 1 onion
  • celery - 1/2 head of celery
  • parsley - 1 stalk
  • dill - 1 stalk
  • black pepper - 5 grains
  • salt - by taste
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.

How to make

The mushrooms, carrots, onions, celery, parsley and dill are washed and cleaned.

Break them up and place them in 3 cups of boiling water. Boil for 35 minutes with olive oil, salt and black pepper. The mixture is then removed from the heat and it needs to be strained.
