How to make
The mushrooms, carrots, onions, celery, parsley and dill are washed and cleaned.
Break them up and place them in 3 cups of boiling water. Boil for 35 minutes with olive oil, salt and black pepper. The mixture is then removed from the heat and it needs to be strained.
The mushrooms can be served as a side dish and the broth is used according to the original plan or recipe you're following.
