How to make
Cut the onion into tiny cubes and saute in the oil until softened.
Once softened, add the chopped mushrooms and continue sauteing until they soften too.
Finally add the rice and braise everything until the rice turns clear.
Next sprinkle on the spices and pour everything into a tray.
Pour on water and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until the rice completely absorbs the liquid.
