"Bring China to your home with these Asian-Style Field Mushrooms and you can add meat or rice to create the perfect dish"

Ingredients

  • field mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • fresh garlic - 2 stalks
  • asparagus - 2 - 3 pcs. (green, fine)
  • sesame oil - 2 tbsp.
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp. (or by taste)
measures

How to make

Prepare your vegetables by peeling the carrots and fresh garlic and cut them into about 4 cm long sticks.

Fine green asparagus does not need peeling, just wash them, dry them and cut them into the same length pieces.

Remove only the hard, tough area at the base.

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and chop them into bulky pieces.

In a large skillet, heat the oil over high heat and saute the carrots and garlic first.

Before they soften, add the mushrooms and asparagus, while making sure that the vegetables are evenly distributed and not in piles.

After 2-3 minutes, when they start to aquire an appetizing color, but are slightly crispy and fresh inside, pour the soy sauce, stir for a minute and remove them from heat.

Serve the Asian-Style Field Mushrooms on their own or as a side dish of rice or meat.

Enjoy your meal!
