How to make
The rice is boiled in salted water, washed and strained. It is best if it's long grain rice.
The mushrooms are cleaned, cut into slices and fried in heated oil.
Once they aquire a golden color, remove from the pan and replace them with the finely chopped onions and grated fresh ginger.
Once they soften in the pan, add the canned peas and strained rice.
After a short stirring, add the fried mushrooms and season the rice with soy sauce, sesame oil, if necessary and a little salt.
The rice with mushrooms is ready to be served.
