How to make
Finely chop the garlic. The carrots are cut into strips, the onions into thin crescents and mushrooms into thin strips. The olives are cut in half.
The washed rice is boiled in 2.5-3 cups of water.
Fry the onions, garlic and carrots in hot oil for about 2-3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry them for another 2-3 minutes.
Then add the olives, pour the beer and soy sauce, then the dry spices and leave them to boil until the liquid evaporates.
Once everything is cooked, add the rice to the vegetables and mix them well.
