How to make

Today I suggest you cook rice with mushrooms in a very short time. Namely in the multicooker under pressure.

This appliance is an excellent helper for busy people and cuts down rice cooking time in half.

For this purpose, you need to prepare all the products.

Cut the onion, carrots and mushrooms.

Turn on the appliance to the Brown program and add the oil. This program allows you to stew the vegetables with the lid open, by stirring periodically with a suitable spoon for the appliance.

Add the onion and carrots first and stew them briefly.

Then add the mushrooms. Fry them as well. Also add all the spices and as much salt as you like.

Once the mushrooms are soften, add the rice, which has been washed in advance. Fry it, until it becomes transparent and pour 2 1/2 cups of hot vegetable broth or water.

Then turn off the Brown program, close the lid of the multicooker and set it to the Rice program.

This program is under pressure and therefore requires the lid to be closed and locked and the cooking time of the rice is only 9 minutes.

After the program is finished, depressurize the device, open the lid and all that remains is to sprinkle the dish with finely chopped fresh parsley and to serve it.

The rice with mushrooms in a multicooker is ready.
