Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • rice - 10.5 oz (300 g) long grain
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • universal spice - 1 pinch

How to make

Wash and chop the mushrooms. Fry them in butter, add salt and vegetable spice.

When well fried, add the long grain rice and 4.5 cups (900 ml) of water.

When it is fully cooked, add the soy sauce. Optionally sauce can be added to mushrooms with rice and separately when serving.
