How to make
Clean the oyster and field mushrooms, cut them.
Heat the butter with the oil in a pan and add the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms in oil until they're lightly browned. Stir them occasionally.
Add the pressed garlic and season with salt and black pepper.
Cook briefly and sprinkle with chopped dill at the end.
