How to make
In the multicooker bowl, I put washed and cleaned from the stems kale - superfood, vitamin record holder.
Add chopped carrot, onion, tomatoes, peeled and cut into cubes.
Add the rice and spices to taste next.
I add salt and oil at the end and mix everything. Pour in 3 cups of water and turn on the appliance to the white rice program.
kale is very tender and can easily be cooked along with lean rice in the same time.
I serve kale with rice in a multicooker with tomato slices and hot peppers - food for champions!
