How to make
Drop the rice into boiling salted water and cook it, until it's done.
Strain in a colander and transfer into a bowl.
Add the finely chopped roasted pepper, finely chopped small onion, a pinch of parsley and a pinch of black pepper to the rice.
Mix the rice meatball mixture very well.
Cut the sausage into small pieces. Take from the rice mixture, put a piece of sausage in the middle and shape a meatball.
Dip each meatball in beaten egg and roll it in flour.
Fry the meatballs in heated oil and then place them on a paper towel to absorb the excess fat.
Serve the rice meatballs with sausage with yogurt-garlic sauce or a salad of your choice.
