How to make
Wash the rice and drain it. Chop the onion, carrot and pepper into small cubes and fry them successively in preheated oil. Add the rice and stir until slightly browned.
Transfer to a tray, add the peeled and diced potatoes and stir. Add spices to taste and stir again. Optionally, add sliced sausage pieces.
Add 3 cups of hot water and put it to bake until ready.
