How to make
Saute the finely chopped onion to a thick puree, add the chopped sauerkraut, grated apple, mustard seeds and black pepper grains, tied in a piece of gauze.
Pour wine and broth over the sauerkraut until completely covered, and saute under a lid. After a short while, add the smoked chops and right before the end of sauteing - the cherry brandy.
Arrange the boiled sauerkraut in a dish, place the chops and cooked sausages around it.
