How to make
Wash the potatoes, put them to boil in salted water, then peel them and cut them into small pieces. Mix the potatoes with the roundly sliced Vienna sausages and the diced red onion in a bowl.
Add the finely diced pickles and mix. Mix the mustard with the vinegar, olive oil and sugar and top the salad with this dressing.
Sprinkle it with finely chopped chives and serve.
