How to make
Cut the sausages into equally small circles, the cheese - into small, thin pieces and the pickles – into thin round slices. Begin alternating sausage, cheese, pickle on small skewers or toothpicks.
Roll the finished skewers in a mixture of mustard, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to taste. Arrange them in a greased oven dish and bake in a heated oven until they take on a light tan.
Optionally, you can fry them briefly in preheated oil.
