  • lemons - for serving
  • For the breading
  • eggs - 2.
  • flour - about 4.2 oz (120 g)

measures

How to make

Put a saucepan filled with water and a pinch of salt on the stove. Wash the broccoli well under running water and chop them into small pieces, removing the hard cob at the base.

Once the water boils, put the vegetables in it and cook al dente (about 10-12 minutes). Drain and allow them to cool.

Beat the eggs well for the breading and add to them all the other products for it until you get a homogenous mixture.

It should be neither too thick nor too thin, so adjust it by adding more flour or water until you get the desired density.

Heat the oil over medium heat and dip each broccoli rose in the breading. Fry until golden and after removing from the pan put on grease-absorbing paper.

Serve with a sauce of your choice and lemon slices.

Enjoy your meal!
