How to make
Wash the ribs and dry them. In a separate bowl, mix the water, honey, mustard, turmeric, cumin, black pepper and salt, stir until homogeneous.
Put the ribs in the mixture and in the fridge for at least 2 hours. If you have time, leave them to sit in it for 24 hours.
Put them in a lightly oiled oven dish and bake in a preheated 480°F (250 °C) oven for 60 min. Serve with a mix of vegetables, a fresh salad or other garnish of choice.
