How to make
Caramelize the sugar, add the mint tea, red wine, chopped garlic cloves, bay leaf, salt, cayenne pepper, mustard and soy sauce.
Boil everything for 3 min. Pour the marinade over the washed and chopped ribs in a glass bowl. Leave the bowl in the fridge for at least 3 hours (the longer the better), covered with foil.
Pour the entire contents of the bowl in an oven dish and bake about 30-35 min. at 390°F (200 °C).
