Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, corn flour, salt, oregano and the smoked paprika.
Cut the cheese into cubes - sprinkle them with oregano, dip them in the beaten egg, then in corn flour and again in the egg.
Fry the breaded cheeses, until they aquire a golden color, remove them and place them onto kitchen paper.
Serve these cheeses in corn breading as an appetizer.
