How to make
Place a tortilla wrap on your working surface. Pour 2 tbsp of tomato sauce and spread it with a spoon. Season with oregano. Slice the salami into thin rounds.
Arrange on top of the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with the chopped mozzarela.
Heat a nonstick pan at moderate temperature. Drizzle with a tbsp of olive oil and spread the oil evenly with a second tortilla.
Cover the tortilla with all the toppings, with the greased one. Place into the pan and cook, by pressing gently with a spatula, for the cheese to melt on the inside.
After 5 minutes flip carefully with the help of a spatula and grill the other side, until golden brown. Cut with a pizza cutter and serve.
