How to make
Peel the zucchini, cut them into small cubes and place them in a strainer to drain.
Meanwhile, chop the ham, spring onions and spices, if you are using fresh ones. Transfer all of these things into a greased baking pan and pour the beaten egg yolks, cottage cheese and milk over them.
Separately, beat the egg whites into a thick foam and mix gently with the rest of the products.
Cover with baking paper and bake at 360°F (180°C), until it's done.
When the mixture has hardened, remove the paper and sprinkle it generously with grated cheese and white cheese. Place it back into the oven for another 5 minutes.
Serve once the frittata has cooled.
The frittata with zucchini and cottage cheese is ready.
