Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2 pcs. about 10 oz (300 g) each
  • turkey fillet - 5.3 oz (150 g) boiled
  • cottage cheese - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • parsley - 0.35 oz (10 g) fresh leaves
  • egg white - 1 pc.
  • cottage cheese - about 2.8 oz (80 g) for sprinkling
  • salt - by taste
  • oil - 5 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 3 pinches, finely ground

How to make

The zucchini is washed, the ends are cut off and it is cut into strips lengthwise.

The long zucchini strips are generously smeared with oil, they are salted and sprinkled with black pepper.

They are arranged in two trays covered with baking paper and baked in the oven, until they soften and lightly brown at a temperature of 390°F (200°C).

The stuffing is made by mashing the cottage cheese with the finely chopped boiled turkey fillet.

Add salt, egg white and chopped parsley.

At the end of each zucchini strip, place some of the stuffing and roll them up into zucchini rolls and place them in the baking pan.

Cheese is grated on top of each of the appetizing rolls and the zucchini are baked, until they have nicely browned on top and the cheese has melted.

They are served as a warm appetizer for weekday or holiday dinners.
