  • zucchini - 1
  • cottage cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • salt
  • spice mix
  • dill - 3 - 4 bunches
  • parsley - 3 - 4 bunches
  • oil - for sprinkling
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • cheese - 1 cup, grated

How to make

Grate the potatoes on a grater. Grate the zucchini, salt it and leave it to drain.

Add the drained zucchini to the potatoes. Add the cottage cheese, salt to taste, finely chopped garlic, spice mix, parsley and dill.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Add the whites to the mixture and knead until homogeneous.

Lay out an oven dish with greased baking paper. Form balls from the mixture.

Smear each ball with beaten egg yolk. Bake until golden. Shortly before you take the oven dish out, add grated cheese on top of each ball.
