How to make
Wash the zucchini very well and without peeling them, finely grate them, sprinkle them with salt and leave them for 15 minutes.
Strain them from the water and squeeze them lightly. Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the dill.
The cottage cheese is mixed with dill and garlic. Squeeze the zucchini once more and add them to the cottage cheese.
Add the beaten eggs and flour and form croquettes with the help of a spoon and fry them until they're golden brown on both sides in a pan with heated oil. Serve them with cream.
