How to make
We stew and blend the spinach.
Beat the cottage cheese until you have a smooth mixture, add the egg yolks, spinach, salt and 4 tbsp. of shredded yellow cheese.
Shape the croquettes, roll them in flour and put them in salted boiling water. Let them boil for about 4-5 minutes.
Take them out, dry them up and bake them in a greased pan with butter and sprinkle them with the remaining grated yellow cheese.
