How to make
Peel the zucchini and blend them.
Beat the eggs and mix them with the cottage cheese, salt, garlic, oil and cream.
Stir and add the zucchini to the mixture. Finally, pour the starch, mix well and pour the mixture into a round Teflon pan.
Bake the zucchini soufflé at 390°F (200°C) and fan until golden.
Serve immediately.
