  • semolina - 1/4 cup
  • water - 1 cup
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • vanilla - 2 packets
  • eggs - 1
  • raisins - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • oranges - 1

How to make

Boil the semolina with water so that you get a thick blend and let it cool. Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix it with the semolina.

Add a beaten egg yolk, the sugar, vanilla, raisins and melted butter.

Add the beaten egg white and mix everything. Distribute it into buttered cups and steam cook for 30 min.
