How to make
Beat 2/3 cup (160 ml) fresh milk with vanilla and sugar, then boil them on the stove. Mix the flour into the remaining cold milk and trickle it into the boiling milk on the stove.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the whites to snow with 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g) powdered sugar. Beat the egg yolks with the butter, then mix everything.
Pour the mixture into a suitable fireproof container or in individual molds and bake in a moderate oven for at least 20 minutes. Sprinkle finished cake with vanilla icing sugar.
