How to make
The flour is sifted. Add the baking powder and mix with a spoon.
The yogurt is mixed with soda and left to activate nicely. Then add the oil to it and mix. This mixture is poured into the flour and a dough is kneaded.
Leave the dough for 5-10 minutes. It turns out better. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
Roll out each part into a circle with a diameter of 16″ (40 cm). First cut this circle into 4 and then each quarter into 3 triangles.
Grab a triangle and spread it out nicely with your hands. This is done because the dough shrinks a little and it also became thicker at the edges. Add the white cheese and roll up the savory rolls.
Beat the yolk with 1 tbsp. oil. Grease the rolls and sprinkle seeds on top.
Bake the rolls with white cheese at 360°F (180°C) for about 20-30 minutes. Keep an eye on them. My oven is gas and it bakes differently.
