How to make
Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Add margarine and stir vigorously by hand until it is in granules. Then add cheese, milk and knead soft dough.
Roll it round, half-finger thick and cut into round cakes with a glass or metal ring. Brush the bread with egg and a little water and put it to bake for about 15 minutes until golden.
