How to make
Warm up the milk a little and dissolve the yeast and sugar in it. Cover the bowl and leave it for ten minutes.
Sift the flour and make a well. Pour the yeast, salt, oil and an egg. Knead the dough with a mixer, adding the butter little by little. You can add more flour.
Leave the dough in a greased container, cover it with a towel and leave it to rise for half an hour.
Pull out the finished dough with your hands, fold it inwards. Do the same with the other end and wait another half hour.
Divide the dough into 8-10 parts, roll them into a round shape. Prepare a mixture of grated cheese, the other egg and the egg white. Pour from it in each circle.
Roll up, twist the ends and then roll into a snail.
Arrange the delicious cheese rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Leave them for a short time to increase in volume, then spread them with a mixture of yolk, oil and water. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake the breakfast rolls at 390°F (200°C) until done.
