How to make
I choose to make breakfast with fine oats as they are easier to digest.
Pour the desired amount into a bowl and boil water while mixing them with the cinnamon, hemp seed and pumpkin protein.
The dry mixture is poured with hot water until a porridge with the desired consistency is obtained. If we don't eat the nuts right away, we may need to add water afterwards because they quickly absorb the liquid and the breakfast thickens.
The dates are without added sugar, pre-rinsed in warm water. Chop them and stir them into the oatmeal along with tahini and crushed almonds.
Sprinkle the porridge with the fresh blueberries and it is done.
The oatmeal with dates and almonds is amazingly delicious.
