Ingredients

  • dates - 1 box organic
  • walnuts - 1.1 lb (500 g) crushed
  • lemon peel
  • orange peel
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp. natural
  • coconut shavings - 5.3 oz (150 g)

How to make

The organic dates are pitted and poured into the food processor. Add the crushed walnuts. Grind until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

The resulting mixture is divided into five equal parts and placed in bowls. Grate the lemon peel into one.

Stir by hand to mix in the lemon peel. In the second bowl, add the orange peel.

In the third mixture put the cocoa, in the fourth one teaspoon of coconut shavings and the last one is left without anything - natural. All mixtures are stirred to further distribute the added products.

Take a little of the resulting mixture and form balls.

Each candy is rolled in coconut shavings.

The healthy candies with dates and walnuts are ready.
