How to cook
Put the butter and chocolate in a bowl suitable for a microwave.
Melt them for a few seconds in the microwave. Take out the bowl and mix until a smooth mixture is obtained.
In another bowl, break the egg and beat it with a fork or a wire whisk. Add the butter and chocolate. Stir again.
Add the flour and mix again, while being careful not to leave any lumps.
Grab a ceramic bowl.
Grease it all with butter and sprinkle it with cocoa on top. Pour the mixture in it.
Put it in the microwave at 350w for 30-40 seconds.
Take it out and turn it over onto a suitable plate.
