How to make
Mix the milk, oil, honey, sugar and vinegar in a deep bowl and mix with a wire whisk or a mixer.
Add the flour and cocoa and mix well, so that there are no lumps.
Next up are the baking powder and soda - stir again.
The oven is heated to 350°F (175°C).
Grease the molds and fill 1/3 of them with the chocolate souffle mixture.
Then distribute the chocolate on top (crushed or sliced) and fill the molds with the rest of the lava cake mixture.
Bake first with the bottom resistor wire on for about 7-10 minutes and then the top and bottom for another 5-7 minutes or until they're ready.
Once they're ready, leave them for 2-3 minutes in the oven and then take them out.
Serve them warm, by turning each cake onto a plate and sprinkling it with powdered sugar.
Optionally, a topping or marmalade can be added to the vegan chocolate lava cake.
